Waterbridge provides shipping within Canada.

  • 1-3 business days to process the order

Please note: due to increased online demand and the need to respect COVID-19 safety protocols in our warehouse, we are experiencing some delays and some orders may take longer than usual.

What shipping method do you use?

Orders are shipped using Canada Post. Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard expedited shipping methods.

Orders over $35 before tax are eligible for free shipping to the following provinces across Canada: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. 

Orders shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are not eligible for free shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is determined based on the delivery location.

Out of Stock/In Stock
To the best of our knowledge, all Waterbridge products marked “In Stock” on our website are available in our warehouse. Should a product marked “In Stock” be purchased and subsequently not in stock, we will replace the item with a different item of equal or greater value. All replacements will be as similar as possible to the original item selection. Should we not have a suitable replacement in stock, a refund will be issued for the full cost of the original ordered item.
