What shipping method do you use?

Orders are shipped using Canada Post. Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard expedited shipping methods.

Orders over $25 before tax are eligible for free shipping to the following provinces across Canada: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Orders shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are not eligible for free shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is determined based on the delivery location.

Out of Stock/In Stock

To the best of our knowledge, all Waterbridge products marked “In Stock” on our website are available in our warehouse. Should a product marked “In Stock” be purchased and subsequently not in stock, we will replace the item with a different item of equal or greater value. All replacements will be as similar as possible to the original item selection. Should we not have a suitable replacement in stock, a refund will be issued for the full cost of the original ordered item.

What’s your return policy?

Items may be exchanged for any reason for a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of delivery of your shipment, shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, or items returned more than 14 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at An RA number will be issued by Waterbridge before any return can be processed. Only items purchased at will be refundable.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

We will refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error within 14 days of delivery of your shipment. Items must be unopened. Replacement of damaged or defective goods will be processed at no charge. If product is damaged or defective, Waterbridge will provide a prepaid shipping label for product to be returned.
